In connection with the Child Protection Procedures used by Glamila Holiday Village, we ask that a Guest staying at Glamila with a minor have a document confirming that they are an adult entitled to care for the child, and that the child have an identity document, such as a school ID, passport or ID card.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
Reservation procedure<\/p><\/div><\/div>
A stay at Glamila Holiday Village may be reserved by phone at +48 780 109 523, by email at glamilaglamp@gmail.com, via www.glamila.pl or through reservation partners and platforms. A reservation is considered confirmed after payment of a deposit equal to 40% of the total stay value. After the payment is credited, the reception issues an advance invoice confirming the reservation. If an invoice is to be issued to a buyer other than the person or company making the payment, the reception must be informed before payment and all required invoice details must be provided. Otherwise, the advance invoice will be issued to the payer\u2019s details. The final invoice issued after the stay may only be issued to the same buyer as the advance invoice. After the advance invoice has been issued, changing buyer details and reissuing documents with different details is NOT POSSIBLE. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the planned start of the stay, we refund 100% of the deposit paid. If cancellation is made between the 30th and 15th day before the start of the stay, we refund 50% of the deposit. The remaining part is treated as the cancellation cost. If cancellation is made later than 14 days before the planned arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits paid for reservations made later than 15 days before the start of the stay are also non-refundable. If the stay is shortened or the Guest leaves early after the stay has begun, Glamila Holiday Village does not refund payment for unused stay time. Changing the arrival or departure date, later arrival, earlier departure or resignation from part of the stay does not constitute grounds for reducing the stay cost or refunding paid fees. Failure of the Guest to appear on the start date of the stay, no later than 8:00 AM the following day, may result in cancellation of the reservation by Glamila Holiday Village.
