In connection with the Child Protection Procedures used by Glamila Holiday Village, we ask that a Guest staying at Glamila with a minor have a document confirming that they are an adult entitled to care for the child, and that the child have an identity document, such as a school ID, passport or ID card.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Reservation procedure<\/p><\/div><\/div>
A stay at Glamila Holiday Village can be booked by phone at +48 780 109 523, by email at glamilaglamp@gmail.com, through www.glamila.pl or via booking partners and platforms.<\/p>\n
The reservation is confirmed once a deposit of 40% of the total cost of the stay has been received. Upon receipt of payment, the reception team issues an advance invoice confirming the deposit for the reserved stay.<\/p>\n
If the invoice is to be issued to a person or company other than the payer, please inform the reception team before making the payment and provide all the required billing details. Otherwise, the advance invoice will be issued using the payer\u2019s details.<\/p>\n
The final invoice issued after the stay must be issued to the same person or company named on the advance invoice. Once the advance invoice has been issued, it is not possible to change the buyer\u2019s details or reissue the invoice to a different person or company.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, we refund 100% of the deposit paid.<\/p>\n
If a reservation is cancelled between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, inclusive, we refund 50% of the deposit. The remaining 50% is retained as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n
If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or fewer before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/p>\n
Deposits for bookings made fewer than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date are also non-refundable.<\/p>\n
If a guest shortens their stay or leaves early after the stay has begun, Glamila Holiday Village does not refund payments for the unused portion of the stay.<\/p>\n
Changes to the arrival or departure dates, including late arrival, early departure or cancellation of part of the stay, do not entitle the guest to a reduction in the total cost or a refund of fees already paid.<\/p>\n
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date or by 8:00 AM the following day at the latest, Glamila Holiday Village may cancel the reservation.
