Child Protection Procedure

In connection with Glamila Holiday Village having “Child Protection Procedures,” we kindly ask that a guest staying in our resort with a minor possess a document confirming that they are an adult with the right to take care of the child. Additionally, the child should have a document verifying their identity (ID, passport, or other identification).

Reservation Procedure

The stay dates must be arranged with the reception of the Glamila Holiday Village, either by phone at +48 780 109 523 or via email at glamilaglamp@gmail.com, through the website www.glamila.pl, or through partners/booking platforms.

The reservation is considered confirmed by the Glamila Village reception upon payment of a 40% deposit of the anticipated stay costs.
On the day of receiving the deposit, the reception of the Village issues a pro forma invoice to the Client confirming the payment of the deposit for the reserved stay. If the Client wishes to issue a pro forma invoice to a different Buyer than the one making the deposit, they are obligated to inform the Village reception before making the deposit, providing all necessary details for issuing the invoice. Lack of information from the Client in this regard, at the stage of making the deposit, will result in the pro forma invoice being issued to the person/company that made the deposit.
The final/settlement invoice issued after the stay at the Village may only be issued to the same Buyer to whom the pro forma invoice was issued. Changing the Buyer’s details after issuing the pro forma invoice IS NOT POSSIBLE! It is also not possible to correct previously issued pro forma invoices and reissue them to a different Buyer.

Reservation Procedure

In case of cancellation made more than 30 days before the planned start of the stay, we refund the entire (100%) deposit paid.
In case of cancellation made between the 30th and 15th day before the planned start of the stay, we refund 50% of the paid deposit, and we retain 50% as the cost of reservation cancellation.
In case of cancellation made later than 14 days before the planned start of the stay, we do not refund the paid deposit.
Deposits for reservations made later than 15 days before the start of the stay are also non-refundable.
In the case of sudden departure or resignation from part of the stay (shortening the stay) already during its duration, the Village does not refund the payment for the declared and previously paid, but unused period of stay.
Any change in the arrival or departure date (e.g., later arrival or earlier departure, resignation from the stay) in relation to a reservation previously made and confirmed by the Village reception does not entitle to request a reduction in the cost of the stay or a refund of any fees paid by the Guest.
Every unrealized reservation (Guest’s failure to appear in the Village on the day scheduled to start the stay, but no later than the next day by 8:00 AM), authorizes the Village unilaterally to terminate the agreement concluded with the Guest, i.e. cancellation of the made reservation, with the possibility of requesting a refund of all incurred costs. The deposit paid by the Guest for the reserved stay, which did not take place in this way, is NOT refundable.
