Under the rental agreement, the Tenant may use the tent on the dates and at the times specified in the agreement.

Check-in on the day of arrival takes place at the time agreed between the Tenant and the Lessor, but no earlier than specified in the agreement. The Tenant must vacate the tent on the day of departure no later than specified in the agreement. Payment for the stay must be settled by 18:00 on the day before departure or between 08:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure. Any exceptions require the Lessor’s consent.

During the high season, from July to August, only weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday are available. Outside this period, tents may be rented on a daily basis.

The rental day runs from 14:00 to 11:00 the following day. Remaining in the tent or leaving belongings there after 11:00 is considered an extension of the stay. If the Tenant or persons under their care vacate the tent after 11:00, the Lessor will charge a fee for an additional rental day.

The Tenant may not allow other persons to take over the use of the tent, even if the rental period specified in the agreement has not yet ended.

The owner of the tents is not responsible for the loss of or damage to valuables, money, securities or items of scientific or artistic value.

Payments at Glamila Holiday Village are processed through Przelewy24.

Quiet hours apply throughout the premises from 22:00 to 06:00.

The Tenant and persons under their care must not disturb other guests’ peaceful enjoyment of their stay. The Lessor may refuse to continue providing accommodation to a Tenant who breaches this rule.

Smoking tobacco products and using e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the tents, in accordance with the Act of 8 April 2010 amending the Act on the Protection of Health against the Consequences of the Use of Tobacco and Tobacco Products and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529).

The tenant is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in the facility caused by their fault or the fault of persons visiting them.

For fire safety reasons, heaters and other devices that are not supplied as part of the tent’s equipment must not be used inside the tents.

Open flames are strictly prohibited inside the tents.

Flammable materials, explosives and materials with unpleasant odours must not be brought into the tents.

Campfires and barbecues are permitted only in designated areas. Guests must exercise particular care and comply with fire safety regulations. Guests using the barbecue areas must leave them clean after use and provide their own charcoal.

Personal belongings left in the tent by the Tenant or persons under their care may be returned at the Tenant’s expense to an address specified by the Tenant.

Food left in the tent by the Tenant after departure will not be stored.

Each tent is equipped with the items necessary for a comfortable stay.

The Lessor is not responsible for temporary disruptions caused by external service providers, such as interruptions to the water or electricity supply.

The Lessor may access the tents and the surrounding area during the Tenant’s stay to carry out necessary repairs, maintenance and essential cleaning.

Pets are welcome, but the Lessor must be notified in advance. An additional fee applies.

Complaints about services that have not been provided properly by Glamila Holiday Village must be reported directly to reception during the stay. Complaints submitted after the stay has ended will not be considered.
