1.

As part of the lease agreement, the Tenant has access to the tent on the dates and times specified in the lease agreement.

Entrance to the tent on the day of arrival will take place at the time agreed upon between the Tenant and the Lessor, not earlier than specified in the agreement. Leaving the tent on the day of departure will take place no later than specified in the agreement. Settlement of fees for the stay takes place until 18:00 on the day preceding departure or from 8:00 to 10:00 on the day of departure. Any deviation from these rules requires the Lessor’s consent.

During the high season, i.e. July – August, only weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday are possible. During the remaining period, tents are rented on a daily basis.

4.

The overnight stay lasts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next day. Staying in the tent or leaving belongings past 10:00 AM is considered an extension of the stay. In the event that the Tenant or individuals under the Tenant’s care leave the tent after 10:00 AM, the Renting Party will charge a fee for another day of tent rental.

The Tenant is not allowed to transfer the tent to other individuals, even if the rental period specified in the agreement has not expired.

6.

The owner of the tents is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables, money, securities, items of scientific or artistic value.

7.

In the Glamila Holiday Village facility, payments are processed through Przelewy24.

8.

The entire facility observes quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00.

9.

The Tenant or persons under their care should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The Landlord may refuse to continue providing the rental service to the Tenant who violates this rule.

10.

Smoking cigarettes and tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in the tents, in accordance with the Act of April 8, 2010, amending the Act on the protection of health against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products, and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529).

The tenant is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in the facility caused by their fault or the fault of persons visiting them.

12.

Due to fire safety, the use of heaters or other devices not provided as equipment in the tents is prohibited.

13.

Open flames are strictly prohibited in the tents.

14.

It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives, and materials with unpleasant odors into the tent.

15.

Campfires and grilling are only allowed in designated areas, with special care and compliance with fire safety regulations. Grill users are required to leave the area clean after finishing grilling. Charcoal is to be provided by the users themselves.

16.

Personal items left in the tent by the tenant or individuals under their care may be returned at the tenant’s expense to the address provided above.

17.

Food items left in the tent by the tenant after leaving the rental property will not be stored.

18.

The tent has been equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay.

19.

The landlord is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers, such as temporary water or power shortages.

20.

The landlord has access to the tents and the surrounding area to carry out necessary repairs, maintenance, and essential cleaning work during the tenant’s stay.

21.

Pets are welcome, but require prior notification. The stay of a pet is associated with an additional fee.

22.

Complaints: Any possible complaints regarding services not properly provided by the Village should be reported directly to the Village reception during the stay. Complaints submitted after the end of the service will not be considered.
