Cottage Rules

Only guests who have completed all formalities relating to their stay and paid all applicable fees may stay at Glamila Cottages.

Each cottage accommodates a maximum of 9 guests. Exceeding this limit requires the Owner’s prior consent.

The cottage is available to the guest for the period specified in the reservation.

Glamila Cottages are open all year round. The cottages are equipped with systems and appliances that allow them to be used throughout the year as intended.

Cottages are rented per night. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Any exception requires the Owner’s consent.

Remaining in the cottage or leaving belongings there after the check-out time without prior agreement with the Owner may be treated as an extension of the stay and result in a charge for an additional night.

The cottage may not be transferred to third parties or made available to anyone not included in the reservation without the Owner’s consent.

Quiet hours apply throughout Glamila Holiday Village from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Guests and persons under their care must not disturb other guests. The Owner may refuse to continue providing services to anyone who breaches rules of conduct, order or safety.

Organising parties, special events or gatherings that may disturb other guests requires the Owner’s prior consent.

Smoking cigarettes and tobacco products and using e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the cottages, in accordance with the Polish Act of 8 April 2010 amending the Act on the Protection of Health against the Consequences of the Use of Tobacco and Tobacco Products and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529).

For fire safety reasons, guests must not use heaters, electric barbecues, camping stoves or other appliances that are not provided as part of the cottage’s equipment.

Open flames, candles and other sources of fire are strictly prohibited inside the cottages.

Barbecues and campfires are permitted only in areas designated by the Owner, with particular care and in accordance with applicable fire safety regulations. Users must leave the area clean after barbecuing.

During the heating season, guests must use heating systems, air conditioning and other technical equipment as intended and in accordance with the instructions provided by the Owner.

Guests must report any damage, technical faults or missing equipment immediately after check-in.

Guests are financially responsible for damage to the cottage’s furnishings, equipment or the property’s facilities caused by their fault or the fault of persons under their care.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety of children staying at Glamila Holiday Village.

Guests may use the facilities at Glamila Holiday Village in accordance with the rules applicable to each attraction and item of equipment.

Use of the swimming pools, hot tub, private lake access points, jetties, water sports equipment, playground and other recreational facilities is subject to the separate rules applicable to each attraction.

Guests must separate their waste according to the signs provided on the property. If waste is not separated, the Owner may charge an additional cleaning fee of PLN 100.

Pets are welcome with prior notification. Pet owners must clean up after their pets and ensure that they do not pose a danger or cause a nuisance to other guests. A one-off fee of PLN 40 applies for the pet’s entire stay.

Guests may be charged the cost of reproducing or replacing lost keys, remote controls or other items needed to use the cottage.

Each cottage is equipped with safes for guests’ security. Guests must properly secure their money, documents and valuables. The Owner is not responsible for their loss, damage or theft.

The Owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond their control, including interruptions to electricity, water, internet or other utility services.

The Owner and persons authorised by the Owner may enter the cottage in the event of a breakdown, a safety risk, or the need to carry out repairs or essential technical work.

Any complaints regarding the stay must be reported promptly to the Glamila Holiday Village reception during the stay. Complaints submitted after the stay may not be considered.

Payments at Glamila Holiday Village are processed through Przelewy24.

By staying at Glamila Cottages, guests accept these rules and agree to comply with them.
