Glamila Camp Rules

Only persons who have completed all stay formalities at the Glamila Holiday Village reception are entitled to stay at Glamila Camp.

Check-in at the camper site is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out takes place by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Any exception to these rules requires the Owner’s consent.

Camper site pitches are rented per day.

Only persons who have paid for their stay may remain on the camper site around the clock.

Quiet hours apply on the camper site from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

The behaviour of Guests or persons under their care must not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Owner may refuse further services to persons who violate social conduct rules, order or safety.

Smoking cigarettes, tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in sanitary facilities, shared buildings and other enclosed rooms.

It is forbidden to store flammable, explosive or other substances that may pose a danger to camper site Guests.

Barbecues and bonfires may be lit only in places designated by the Owner, with particular care and in accordance with fire safety regulations. After grilling, the user must leave the place clean.

Wastewater and toilet cassette contents may be emptied only in designated places. Emptying cassettes or tanks from campers and caravans in sanitary toilets is prohibited. Cassettes and tanks containing chemicals must be emptied only at the designated disposal point.

Waste must be sorted according to the markings on waste containers. Guests who do not have their own waste bags may receive them on the camper site. If waste is not sorted, the Owner has the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of PLN 100.

Camper site Guests may use the Glamila Holiday Village infrastructure in accordance with the rules applicable to individual attractions and facilities.

Owners of animals staying on the camper site must clean up after their pets and ensure that animals do not pose a danger or nuisance to other Guests. A pet stay is subject to a one-time fee of PLN 40 for the entire stay.

Persons staying on the camper site are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or persons under their care.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety of children staying on the camper site.

Glamila Camp is not responsible for valuables, money, documents or personal belongings left on the premises. Guests are obliged to secure them properly.

The Owner is not responsible for temporary interruptions in electricity, water, internet or other services caused by circumstances beyond the property’s control.

Any complaints concerning the stay should be reported directly during the stay at the Glamila Holiday Village reception. Complaints submitted after the stay may not be considered.
