Glamila Camp Rules

Only guests who have completed all check-in formalities at the Glamila Holiday Village reception may stay at Glamila Camp.

The pitch for your motorhome, caravan or tent is allocated by a member of the Glamila reception team.

Check-in at the camper site is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out takes place by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Any exception to these rules requires the Owner’s consent.

Camper site pitches are rented per day.

Only persons who have paid for their stay may remain on the camper site around the clock.

Quiet hours apply on the camper site from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Guests and persons under their care must not disturb other guests. The Owner may refuse to continue providing services to anyone who breaches rules of conduct, order or safety.

Smoking cigarettes, tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in sanitary facilities, shared buildings and other enclosed rooms.

It is forbidden to store flammable, explosive or other substances that may pose a danger to camper site Guests.

Barbecues and bonfires may be lit only in places designated by the Owner, with particular care and in accordance with fire safety regulations. After grilling, the user must leave the place clean.

Wastewater and the contents of toilet cassettes may only be disposed of at designated disposal points. Emptying cassettes or tanks from motorhomes and caravans into toilets in the sanitary facilities is prohibited. Cassettes and tanks containing chemicals must only be emptied at the designated disposal point.

Waste must be sorted according to the markings on waste containers. Guests who do not have their own waste bags may receive them on the camper site. If waste is not sorted, the Owner has the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of PLN 100.

Guests staying at Glamila Camp may use the facilities at Glamila Holiday Village in accordance with the rules applicable to each attraction and facility.

Pet owners must clean up after their pets and ensure that they do not pose a danger or cause a nuisance to other guests. A one-off fee of PLN 40 per pet applies for the entire stay.

Persons staying on the camper site are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or persons under their care.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety of children staying on the camper site.

Glamila Camp is not responsible for valuables, money, documents or personal belongings left on the premises. Guests are obliged to secure them properly.

The Owner is not responsible for temporary interruptions in electricity, water, internet or other services caused by circumstances beyond the property’s control.

Any complaints regarding your stay should be reported to the Glamila Holiday Village reception during your stay. Complaints submitted after your stay may not be considered.
